  • 1/2 cup water

Creamy Avocado Cilantro

  • 1 avocado, on the softer side

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4-1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  • salt + pepper, to taste

Everyday Vinaigrette

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons honey (can also sub agave or maple syrup)

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • the juice from 1 lemon

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Maple Bourbon Rosemary Vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons bourbon

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 small shallot, minced

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • salt + pepper, to taste

Asian Inspired Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (can also use honey or agave)

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch (whisk cornstarch with 1 teaspoon water before adding)
